Baby Spinach – 2 cups

Pineapple Chunks Frozen – 1 cup

Vanilla Protein Powder – 1 scoop

Coconut Shreds – 1 tbsp

Here is my new Green Chocolate Morning Goodness recipe that will nourish every cell in your body with its delicious taste and nutrient power:

Green Chocolate Morning Goodness

Flax Milk Unsweetened – 1 cup

Vega Protein Powder Chocolate – 1 scoop

Mix Fruit (cantaloupe, watermelon, pineapple, strawberries, blueberries) – 1 cup

Spirulina – 1 scoop

Raw Cacao Powder – 1 tbsp

Raw Cacao Nibs – 1 tsp

Cacao Butter – small nugget (dime size)

Chia Seed Powder – 1 scoop (1 tsp)

Bee Pollen – 1/2 tsp

B-Activ Vitamin – 2 capsules

Yes, I believe that you can make any dish healthy, if you get creative and substitute unhealthy ingredients with a healthy ones.

I love French Toast, it’s a perfect Sunday morning meal, BUT I refuse to eat junk and sabotage my whole day from the very beginning,

therefore, I came up with this yummy recipe.

Here is the recipe:

Ezekiel Bread Sprouted – 1 slice

Organic Egg Whites – 1/2 cup

Vanilla Extract – 1/4 tsp

Cinnamon Powder – 1/4 tsp

Organic Raw Honey – 1 tsp (optional)

Olive Oil Spray

Here is another healthy recipe for you!

This meal is very easy to make, it’s yummy, it’s full of healthy nutrients and it’s packed with protein, delicious and absolutely guilt-free!

Ingredients:

Ground  Extra Lean Turkey – 1 lb

Egg – 1

Egg Whites – 2

Onion – 1/2 cup

Garlic – 2 cloves

Bell Pepper –   1 cup

Sweet Corn – 1 cup

Mrs Dash – Original Blend – 1/2 tsp

Italian Herbs – 1 tbsp

Salt/ Pepper – to taste

Muffin baking tray + Olive oil spray

How to:

  • Preheat the oven for 345 F
  • Spray the baking tray with oil
  • Mix all the ingredients
  • Fill the baking forms with the mix
  • Bake for about 20 minutes (depending on the oven model, year, etc. – just keep an eye on it for the first time ;) )
