Healthy French Toast?

Yes, I believe that you can make any dish healthy, if you get creative and substitute unhealthy ingredients with a healthy ones.

I love French Toast, it’s a perfect Sunday morning meal, BUT I refuse to eat junk and sabotage my whole day from the very beginning,

therefore, I came up with this yummy recipe.

Here is the recipe:

Ezekiel Bread Sprouted – 1 slice

Organic Egg Whites – 1/2 cup

Vanilla Extract – 1/4 tsp

Cinnamon Powder – 1/4 tsp

Organic Raw Honey – 1 tsp (optional)

Olive Oil Spray
