Here is how I tricked my kids into having one of the healthiest foods and ask for more:

 

Black Cherry Spinach Smoothie

 

Ingredients:

 

  • Plain Fat Free  Greek Yogurt – 1 cup
  • Black Cherries Frozen – 1 cup
  • Vanilla Almond Milk – 2 cups
  • Fresh Spinach – 2 cups
